In the ever-evolving landscape of financial technology, PiggyVest stands out as a trailblazer, transforming the approach West Africans take towards savings and investments since its inception in 2016.
As the pioneering "Savings and Investment" app in the region, PiggyVest's remarkable growth called for a dedicated physical customer experience center—a space for customers to immerse themselves in the offerings of PiggyVest. Drawing on our successful collaboration in 2019 for PiggyVest's first office space, Micdee was once again entrusted with the task of bringing the brand's vision to life.

At the heart of this project was a clear objective—to design a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center that transcends mere functionality. This space was envisioned to embody excitement, warmth, and immersion, serving as a tangible reflection of PiggyVest's core values and commitment to excellence.
The design aimed not just to provide a place but to showcase PiggyVest's commitment to Trust and Transparency, ensuring these values permeate every aspect. It was about creating a seamless blend between the physical and online realms, offering a comfortable environment for both in-person and online visitors. Acknowledging the digital era, the design incorporated quiet spots for podcast recording and content creation, infused with natural elements like plants and finishes to promote wellness, aligning with modern design principles.

Micdee's design philosophy, characterized by clean lines and an open-plan layout, aimed to cultivate an atmosphere of trust and transparency. Varied meeting spaces, strategically positioned for diverse customer interactions, went beyond functionality to provide ideal backdrops for clients' social media moments. Lounges and interactive zones were meticulously crafted for aesthetic appeal, adding an extra layer to the overall experience.
